Requirements: Provide aerial imagery of football, baseball and soccer fields of the local schools for a sports themed room at Dr. Scott’s Chiropractic office.

Kirkmont Center – Logan County Land Trust
Requirements: Capture aerial and ground imagery for the Logan County Land Trust members to have a fuller view of the center’s 178 acres.
LIBERTY HILLS GOLF CLUB – T. Clark-Hobson – Gen. Mgr.
Liberty Hill Golf Club Requirements: Provide high quality video and still imagery for theLiberty Hills Golf Club to be used within their social media platforms showcasing the beauty and layout of the course. Early morning shots were needed to get the best lighting and cleaner air for the best quality images. Individual videos of each of the holes where intentionaly shot darker to enable more flexibility later in post production editing by the customer. Additional videos of the club house were inlcuded. Videos were shot in 4K at 30 fps.
Results: “Brett’s drone captured photo images are beautiful. He went above and beyond to capture our property inside and out in the best light and conditions for a terrific result.”
BRANT PERFORMANCE HORSES
Requirements: Capture the rebuild of the horse arena/barn that was destroyed by a fire. As the build-out progressed, there were many opportunities to capture the progress.
THE CLIFF HOUSE – M. DORMAN
Requirements: Provide a set of pictures that could be used to perform a Geotechnical Engineering Survey as required by law for all building project located on the Oregon coast. The subject project is located on a cliff with no safe access to inspect the under-cut bank and sea caves underneath the property. The engineering survey is needed to identify any hazards or concerns with the soil and rock mechanics of the subject property, and whether it can support the proposed addition relative to the lot size, shape, building and cliff edge; all of which serve as boundaries to our proposed addition.
Results: “The aerial pictures Brett created provided very useful insights and views into the lot, geothermal caves and cliff setting surrounding the house where we wanted to add an addition. Because the house sits on top of geothermal caves it was important to understand the relative positioning to the caves and the cliff’s edge to ensure all safety and code requirements are being met. The quality of the aerial shots enabled the Geo-engineer to quickly establish an understanding of what forces had carved the sea caves, and to identify whether the surface soils on the cliff’s edge were a risk. The Geologist commented that a Zodiac ride into the cove below the property may have been required in the absence of the drone footage. In the end the Geologist was comfortable rendering an opinion with just a site visit and the drone footage which he said was actually better than a visual inspection from a great distance away.
I greatly appreciate the excellent shots Brett provided, as they not only served the needs of the Geo-engineer and the project, but the views and perspectives also gave us a great portfolio of the house we didn’t have which we shared with our family and friends (see YouTube link below). I highly recommend him to others needing aerial views and photographs”.
Priest Performance Horses
Requirements: Aerial videos that display some of the techniques and location used for training horses at Priest Performance Horses for promotional use in its web page.
Results: sTX was attentive to my needs and after discussing several ideas, Brett spent the day shooting different shots and videos of me with my clients. In the end, several sets of small clips were combined together for the Priest Performance Horses in a video format that could be used on our website. These aerial videos help set us apart from our competition and helped increase traffic to our website. I look forward to doing annual refreshes of the clips with help from sTX Aerial Photography and Mapping. I recommend Brett to others trying to do something similar with their website.

HOMEOWNER – K. LINDSEY
Requirements: Videos and still images of the new house being built for Kris, his wife and son to commemorate the build-out of their ‘forever-house’.
Results: Brett was wonderful in providing so many great photos and videos of our new house being built. They are great! I would not have had the opportunity if I did not run into Brett as he was out practicing with his drone. My wife absolutely loves the photos and videos as this was something she wanted to do given this is our forever home. The pictures will stay with us forever as a reminder of how it was built from the ground up. I recommend sTX Aerial Photography and Mapping to anyone wanting to memorialize the building of a house or project where they want to capture the various stages of progress or development.
I would like to additionally add that Brett took the time out of his busy schedule to teach my young son how to fly a drone. He (my son) still talks about this today. The Nienhaus Home
Brett performed some pictures and videos of our house after it was built. His expertise and patience while taking the videos and pictures amongst our tree filled lot was great. He was able to get clear and still pictures even though he had to maneuver around many trees and treetops. He enhanced the videos with wildlife sounds and entitled some of the shots with text. We look forward to looking back on these photos and videos for years to come.
