sTX Aerial Photography seeks to provide aerial photography and videography services to Business owners, Managers and Individuals who, as decision makers, recognize the value of visual information to drive their business decisions, or wish to memorialize or capture a special event or occasion. Uses include, but are not limited to:

Golf Course Owners and Managers – Enhance your social media and attract new players by showing the course in high definition video clips. Share with them the beauty of the course and the challenging layout the course offers. Your competition is providing this level of detail to attract new players and players from other courses.

Land Trusts – Providing aerial photography imagery to support annual monitoring of land trusts. Aerial imagery of boundaries and land features simplifies the identification of any easement encroachment. Changes over time are more easily identified, improving data fidelity for stewardship.

Construction Owners and Managers – Site planning and development, design overlays, progress reporting, and visualization.  Construction progress visualization enables your management team and Clients to see progress of the build without being on site. Creation of a visual timeline for reference and reporting helps instill confidence in your Clients through supporting imagery.

Building and Property Maintenance Managers – Leverage visual data for repair and maintenance improvements of physical assets, including buildings, properties, and environmental structures (e.g., waterways, bank erosion, vegetation management). 

Insurance Inspectors and Adjusters – Property and Asset inspection and damage assessments for both pre- and post-catastrophic events comparisons (e.g., roof inspections) and assessments.
